Shipping Policy

In accordance with the Ohio Department of Agriculture, all treats can only ship and be sold within the state of Ohio. Dandelion Salve is able to be shipped anywhere in the United States.

Flat-Rate Shipping is $5.99. All orders are shipped within 4 business days of the placement of the order, via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days; however, we can't guarantee the carrier’s transit times. We will send you the tracking details of your order via email as soon as it is shipped.

Any issues with your delivery MUST be reported to hello@nattypups.com within three days of the delivery date.

Delivery Orders

If your address is within the free local delivery zone, the option will be available during the checkout process. When selecting delivery, please include any special instructions to ensure the delivery is completed properly.

All orders will be delivered approximately 4 business days after the order has been placed. An email notification will be sent once your order is delivered.

Return Policy

ALL sales are Final. No returns are accepted to ensure product safety. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at hello@nattypups.com and we will address your concerns.
